This job reports to the Residential and Small Commercial Sales Manager 

Overview

Bates Security is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person.  A driven sales leader.  Someone who can build strong relationships with small commercial and residential clients.  This is an amazing opportunity for sales professionals to join a locally owned and operated security company focused on innovation and customer care.  

Successful consultants are highly motivated to develop solutions, help clients see real value in our approach to security, and work to generate new business while also growing existing customer accounts.  This individual will have a strong capacity to self-generate leads, convert those leads to customers, develop existing accounts, and close sales efficiently.

Job Skills/Requirements

  • Must have at least two years of sales experience and a proven record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to generate sales leads
  • Possess strong presentation skills
  • Possess excellent verbal  and written communication skills
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
